By downloading or using Bottle Forge, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

Use of the Application

Bottle Forge is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment use. You may not reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, resell or misuse the application except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.

Advertisements

Bottle Forge may display banner, interstitial and rewarded advertisements. Rewarded advertisements are optional and may provide an in-game benefit after successful completion.

Availability

Features may change, be suspended or become temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, internet connectivity, third-party services or technical issues.

Scores and Leaderboards

Scores may be reviewed, removed or reset where cheating, automated play, manipulation, abuse or technical corruption is detected.

No Real-World Value

Scores, gems, rewards, power-ups and other virtual game elements have no monetary or real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Intellectual Property

Bottle Forge, its code, visuals, branding, design and original content are owned by Melih Balta or used under applicable licenses.

Disclaimer

The application is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or fitness for a specific purpose, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the application.

Changes

These terms may be updated when Bottle Forge or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Apple Standard Agreement

On Apple platforms, use of Bottle Forge is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable.
