SKT Takip Privacy Policy
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the SKT Takip mobile application published by G2M Partners. It explains what information the app may access, collect, use, store, or share when you use SKT Takip.
SKT Takip helps users track product expiry dates, scan barcodes, manage stock, receive reminders, view reports, share selected inventory data with a team, and optionally purchase an annual ad-free subscription.
2. Data We Process

3. Camera, Barcode and Product Photos
SKT Takip may request camera access to scan barcodes, read product/expiry information, or attach a product photo when the user chooses to use those features. Product photos are intended to remain local to the user's device unless the user explicitly exports or shares content through a device or app sharing function.
4. Files and Data Transfer
SKT Takip supports user-initiated import and export features, including CSV/XLSX data transfer. Files selected or created for these features are processed to perform the action requested by the user. SKT Takip does not sell these files or their contents.
5. Advertising
SKT Takip uses Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads to display advertisements to users who are not using the ad-free subscription. Google advertising services may process advertising identifiers, device information, ad interactions, network information, and approximate location inferred from IP address for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, security, and related purposes.

6. Firebase Services
SKT Takip uses Firebase services provided by Google, which may include:
- Firebase Authentication, including anonymous authentication for technical access control;
- Cloud Firestore and Cloud Functions for supported team/cloud features;
- Firebase Analytics for app usage measurement;
- Firebase Crashlytics for crash and diagnostic reporting;
- Firebase App Check and Firebase Installations for security, integrity, and service operation.

7. Subscription and Payments
SKT Takip offers an optional annual subscription that removes in-app advertising. On Android, purchases are processed by Google Play. On Apple platforms, purchases may be processed by Apple's App Store. SKT Takip does not receive or store your full payment card or bank account details. The applicable store may provide purchase status or entitlement information needed to activate or restore the ad-free feature.
8. How We Use Data
Information may be used to:
- provide expiry-date, inventory, barcode, notification, team, reporting, and data-transfer features;
- synchronize team data selected by users;
- maintain account/session security and app integrity;
- diagnose crashes and improve performance;
- measure app usage where analytics is enabled;
- display and measure advertising for non-subscribers;
- verify or restore an ad-free subscription entitlement.
9. Sharing and Service Providers
We do not sell personal information. Data may be processed by service providers only as necessary to operate SKT Takip and the services described in this policy, including Google Firebase, Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads, Google Play, and, where applicable, Apple App Store services.
Team information that a user intentionally shares through a team workspace is available to authorized members of that workspace.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the app's functionality. Network communications with supported cloud services are protected using encrypted transport such as HTTPS/TLS. Firebase security controls, authentication, and App Check may be used to reduce unauthorized access. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
11. Data Retention and Deletion
Local product data remains on the device until the user edits, deletes, clears, exports, or removes the app/data, subject to the device platform's behavior. Cloud/team data may be retained for as long as needed to provide the related feature, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, or until deletion is requested or performed where supported.
Users can delete product and team content through available app controls where provided. For privacy or deletion requests concerning cloud-associated data, contact us at melihbaltaa@icloud.com. We may request information necessary to identify the relevant app data or team workspace before completing a deletion request.
12. Children's Privacy
SKT Takip is not directed to children under 13. The Google Play target audience is intended for older users, and we do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children under 13.
13. International Processing
Google and other service providers may process information on servers located outside the user's country. Their processing is governed by their applicable terms, privacy policies, and data protection commitments.
14. Your Choices
- You may choose not to use optional camera, team, export, or subscription features.
- You can manage applicable device permissions through your operating system settings.
- You can manage advertising choices through device and Google privacy/ad settings where available.
- You may contact us regarding access, correction, or deletion questions for data associated with SKT Takip.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when SKT Takip's features, service providers, legal requirements, or data practices change. The "Last updated" date above will be revised when material changes are published.
